Bain 2014 H2

In our last review, Bain jumped up our rankings, and we pointed to the consistent use of research or at least insightful analysis of secondary sources. Unfortunately, this approach is less embedded than we assumed, and Bain’s score has dropped back. This report on Reimagining IT for an omnichannel world illustrates the issue – there is scope here for an engaging blog, but without additional research, the overriding impression is not of thought leadership but rather of opinion
