Perceptions of Consulting in Energy & Resources in 2018
Client Perceptions Programme 2018Clients in the energy and resources industry hold markedly different views from their counterparts elsewhere in terms of their assessment of the quality and value consultants deliver.
The report is split into three sections: rankings and data, the broader picture our data paints about how clients see the consulting market in the energy & resources industry, and finally we analyse each individual firm that is featured within the report.
Firms are ranked in terms of:
- The quality of a firm’s work in 13 consulting services
- The value added by each firm through their work
- Various attributes, ranging from the overall culture of a firm to its ability to implement to the quality of its subject matter experts. In total there are 15 different attributes that describe what it’s like to work with a firm
Firm-by-firm analysis for: Accenture, A.T. Kearney, Bain & Co, BCG, Capgemini Consulting, Deloitte, EY, IBM GBS, KPMG, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, PwC, Roland Berger, and Strategy&.
We’re also able to analyse how clients’ perceptions of a firm change as their relationship with a firm progresses from awareness, to invitation to tender, to buying a small number of services, to being a regular buyer and advocate of a firm.
